AWS Direct Connect Expands to CoreSite, Equinix and Telecity Data Centers

January 11, 2012 — Cloud provider Amazon Web Services announced on Tuesday that it has expanded its AWS Direct Connect to LA, Tokyo, Singapore, and London through CoreSite, Equinix and Telecity data centers, respectively. Amazon launched AWS Direct Connect in August 2011 for users to establish a dedicated network connection between AWS and a data center, office or colocation environment.

UK Data Center Firm Telecity in Talks to Buy Irish Host Data Electronics
