FORTUNE Survey Says Web Host Rackspace Among Top 100 US Workplaces

January 19, 2012 — Web hosting provider Rackspace has ranked 74 out of 100 on FORTUNE magazine’s annual list of the best companies to work for in the US. Rackspace has made the list in four of the past five years, according to the press release. The list will appear in the February 6 issue of FORTUNE and on fortune.com.

December 7, 2011 — Web analytics firm Netcraft has reported that hosting provider Datapipe was the most reliable hosting company in November, which marks the seventh time the company has topped the list this year. Perhaps somewhat surprising is that Rackspace, which was the most reliable host in October, was nowhere to be found on the list.

Web Host Rackspace Names Managing Director of International Operations

December 2, 2011 – Rackspace Hosting announced it has named Taylor Rhodes managing director of international operations to lead the company’s business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. He is replacing David Kelly, Rackspace’s senior vice president of international operations, who will be leaving Rackspace on February 29, 2012 to pursue entrepreneurial interests.
