NTT Communications Acquires 74 Percent of Indian Web Host Netmagic Solutions

January 25, 2012 — Japanese telecommunications provider NTT Communications announced on Wednesday that it has acquired a 74 percent stake in Indian data center services provider Netmagic Solutions. The acquisition is subject to the approval of authorities in India, according to the press release. NTT Com says the addition of Netmagic’s data center services and sites will expand its capability to provide cloud service to the Indian market.
