June 4, 2008 — Web hosting provider HostMySite reported Wednesday that it had been acquired by Wachovia Capital Partners, the private equity arm of the Wachovia Corporation bank.

SunGard Completes Inflow Acqusition

January 6, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — SunGard Availability Service (availability.sungard.com), a provider of information availability services and subsidiary of software and business continuity solution developer SunGard (sungard.com) announced early this week that it has completed its acquisition of Web hosting provider Inflow, announced in November.

MARC USA Picks Inflow-Pittsburgh

November 23, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — The Pittsburgh division of Web hosting and colocation provider Inflow (inflow.com) announced on Monday that it has added MARC USA, a marketing communications firm, as a new customer. Under the newly established contract, Inflow will provide hosting and managed services in support of MARC USA’s Microsoft Exchange application.

(inflow.com) announced on Tuesday that it has signed Missouri Valley Technologies, a provider of IT solutions for community banking institutions throughout the nation. Missouri Valley Technologies provides the components to build banking information systems, including internal management systems such as data warehousing and asset liability systems, teller systems, Internet banking systems, and links into nationwide ATM and debit card systems.

Inflow Earns SAS Type II Certification
