HelmTastic Acquires HelmGuru.com

October 21, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — HelmTastic (helmtastic.com), an online resource portal offering the Helm control panel (helm.webhostautomation.com) and related Web hosting software, announced on Wednesday that it has acquired HelmGuru.com (helmguru.com), a provider of Helm software tutorials. The acquisition included the entire HelmGuru.com customer base. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HelmTastic Offers Skins for Helm
