October 17, 2011 — Open source email and groupware provider Open-Xchange announced on Monday that it has named Bob Pacheco senior vice president and general manager Americas. The company also announced plans to open an office in the greater San Francisco Bay area.
October 12, 2011 – A new report by email security firm eleven finds that there has been an 89 percent upsurge in spam levels compared to July 2011. According to the report, eleven recorded an increase of more than half in September. Spam levels in September back at 74 percent of the level prior to the takedown of botnet Rustock on March 16.
