December 7, 2011 — Colocation provider Zayo Group announced on Tuesday it has completed its latest round of fund raising totaling $315 million in a five-year term loan, which it will use to complete its acquisition of telecommunications provider 360networks. Zayo Group first announced in October acquire it would acquire 360networks.

October 11, 2011 — Colocation provider Zayo Group announced on Friday it will acquire fiber network and telecommunications provider 360networks. The financial terms have not been disclosed. The acquisition combines Zayo’s deep metropolitan fiber networks across 60 US metropolitan markets and 360networks’ intercity fiber network spanning the central and western United States.
