November 26, 2002 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- E-commerce network operator Global eXchange Services Inc. (GXS.com) announced on Tuesday that it has been selected by Warner Home Video to provide e-commerce outsourcing services.
Through its Electronic Commerce Service Center, says GXS, the company will help Warner Home Video integrate proprietary internal systems with resource planning systems and extend efficiencies through online data transactions with trading partners.
GXS will also provide 24x7 transaction processing, tracking and reporting capabilities, deigned to improve customer satisfaction while freeing internal IT resources to focus on the company?s core business.
