The service includes support for Macromedia Flash Media Server 2, Flash Player 8 and Flash Professional 8. It also features globally load-balanced trafficking, authentication services, support for raw data logs and Web services-based reporting.
VitalStream's workflow management toolset MediaConsole is now compatible with all the new streaming formats and comes with a media manager, a real-time reporting dashboard and pre-built video skins.
