The lawsuit, filed in US district court in Delaware, alleges Speedera infringed on US patents 6,480,893 and 6,581,090, held by Mirror Image. The patents cover technologies used for content delivery from multiple servers by the use of embedded object references in Web pages and methods of using alternative addresses in distributed delivery of content to end users.
