October 21, 2004 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider M6.Net (m6.net) announced this week that it had introduced six new reseller Web hosting packages, with four of them designed for use by either resellers or individual customers.
In an effort to discourage overselling, M6.net says it allows only a limited amount of domains, unlike the "unlimited domains" policies that some other companies have adopted. M6.Net says its plans are designed so that they are still profitable, while reducing any extra risks.
The company's Dev kit and SQL kit plans cater to people who are just starting out or contemplating joining the Web hosting business. The Pro kit and Power kit plans are more suitable for serious Web hosting businesses and corporate level development, says M6.Net.
According to the company, the main advantage of these packages is that, as with a dedicated server, the customer is not consumed with server administration details. M6.Net says it provides a variety of server side administration capabilities.
