(inflow.com) announced on Tuesday it has acquired the assets of Charlotte, North Carolina-based managed service provider i-bridge. Founded in 1998, i-bridge is a provider of high-end managed services for operating system, database, Web and enterprise applications.

Inflow has spent months planning a smooth integration of the i-bridge service set. The division will retain its location, including its 3,000 square-foot Charlotte-based data center facility, which will serve as a delivery hub for Inflow's managed services and will complement Inflow's centralized operations center in Denver.
Former i-bridge executive Greg Hoogerland will serve as Inflow's acting director of managed services delivery until eventually transitioning to Inflow's CTO.
