September 11, 2002 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Managed web hosting and IT service provider Inflow Inc. (Inflow.com) announced on Tuesday that its Minneapolis data center posted positive results for the second quarter of 2002.
"Inflow is thrilled to be able to support our growing list of customers in the Minneapolis market," says Erik Crawford, general manager for Inflow's Minneapolis IDC. "With Inflow's financial stability and expansive list of products and services, we continue to be the IT provider of choice in the Twin Cities."
Recurring revenue for the second quarter 2002, says Inflow, was $1.15 million, an increase of 2 percent over the previous quarter. The company says the growth in revenue was driven primarily by new customer wins, which brought the total count to more than 40, including new customers Disetronic Group, Stellent Inc. and Wire One Technologies.
Second-quarter EBITDA was $290,000, which Inflow attributes to existing and new customers purchasing additional services.
Inflow says the facility has delivered 100 percent availability in Internet services since its opening in October in 1999.
The company says the Minneapolis facility received a rating of 9.2 on a 10-point scale of customer satisfaction in a study conducted by Customer Satisfaction Marketing Inc.
