September 13, 2005 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- New Mexico-based Web hosting provider FatCow (fatcow.com) announced on Wednesday the results of its annual "iSay Survey," in which thousands of customers offered their feedback on FatCow's hosting services while entering to win a Dell or Mac laptop.

Professional photographer Jack Byers, whose Web site (jackbyers.com) has been hosted with FatCow for more than a year and a half, won the contest. He chose a Macintosh iBook 12-inch laptop.
FatCow says its customer support team, the "Moo Crew," received a 98.8 percent rating among survey respondents. Survey respondents also offered suggestions for improving the company's services, and requested additional features.
