February 6, 2004 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- E-commerce outsourcing provider Digital River (digitalriver.com) announced on Friday that it has signed an e-commerce agreement with LIUtilities, a developer of computer management and data security software solutions.
Under the agreement, Digital River will provide LIUtilities with a multi-channel e-commerce solution that is desinged to support its online sales and marketing efforts.
Digital River built and launched a new e-commerce store for its new customer, and is providing access to its multi-channel online sales network, which is comprised of hundreds of online retailers, content sites and portals.

The company said that in addition to launching the storefront, it will also manage its operations, providing order management, fraud prevention, customer service, e-marketing and digital product fulfillment.
