Malvern says Blue Sky Hosting's configuration and installation of the appliance helped it free up internal resources.
 
"We were seeking an out-of-the-box search solution that would avoid us having to constantly redevelop and redesign our Web site search tool," says Mark Fenemore, IT manager for Malvern. "We needed it to be capable of respecting our document authorization rules and of displaying search results in a clear, intuitive format for users. We decided to test Google Mini as a cost effective solution, so we asked Blue Sky Hosting to get this up and running for us."
 
The Google Mini search appliance was launched in the UK in May.
