BlueStar says its acquisition of Agilera dramatically broadens the company's range of service offerings, significantly increases its market share and results in greater financial strength and stability.
According to BlueStar, the company now offers outsourcing services for JD Edwards and Lawson applications in addition to SAP, messaging solutions and a range of supporting technology services.
The combined company has more than 100 customers and 60,000 hosted users in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, business services and the public sector.
