Ritter Communications will deploy Incognito's Broadband Command Center software to enhance its customer service. Broadband Command Center, designed for small and medium-sized broadband providers, automates the provisioning of IP-based multimedia devices and customer premise equipment for high-speed data, VoIP, IPTV and gaming services.
Susan Christian, director of marketing for Ritter Communications, says taking control of service delivery was an important factor in choosing Incognito's Broadband Command Center. She adds that the interface between Broadband Command Center and Ritter's billing system enables customer service representatives to easily complete provisioning tasks.

Incognito also reported that its Broadband Command Center product was now available as an appliance.
