December 12, 2005 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider CrystalTech (crystaltech.com) announced on Monday that it had introduced a new management tool that automates and ultimately simplifies the ordering and installation of SSL certificates.
With the tool, accessible through CrystalTech's proprietary control panel, customers can create and process certificate signing requests, place an order for a CTssl certificate and then install the certificates automatically once they are issued. CTssl is a low-cost SSL certificate offered in partnership with XRamp Technologies (xramp.com). The management too also handles installation of other SSL certificates.
"There is nothing like this anywhere, we have completely revolutionized the SSL ordering process," says Tim Uzzanti, president and CEO of CrystalTech. "This will be the standard other companies will follow to provide their customers with an easy to use system for securing their Web sites."
In conjunction with the release of the new tool, CrystalTech is raffling off a 30 GB iPod to customers who buy a CTssl certificate.
