November 14, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Managed hosting provider Hosted Solutions (hostedsolutions.com/) announced on Wednesday it is in the Triangle Business Journal's (triangle.bizjournals.com/) Annual Fast 50.
The award, announced at a ceremony on November 2, recognizes the North Carolina-based US managed hosting and data center services provider as "one of the fastest growing private companies in the Triangle". To be considered for the Fast 50, companies are required to have had at least $3 million in revenue in 2006.
"We are extremely honored to be given this award for the fourth consecutive year," says Rich Lee, Hosted Solutions CEO. "Our continued success is attributed to smart growth and our company philosophy of providing our clients with the best managed hosting experience one local market at a time."
Hosted Solutions says it offers mission critical IT systems and applications and runs four SAS 70 Type II certified data centers in the US. The company was selected for the award by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP who "evaluated locally headquartered private companies based on a formula taking into account both dollar growth and percentage rate of growth over a three-year period".
The managed hosting provider announced last week it will host an educational seminar on data center design for graduate students in the North Carolina State Jenkins Graduate School of Management on November 14 at 8:00 a.m.
