The site, which has been in development for several months, offers a job-portal service focused exclusively on the Web hosting industry. Users can search for jobs under various different criteria, including zip code, job type, keyword and company name. Jobseekers can also post a resume without applying for a specific job, enabling employers to search a pool of applicants when looking for new employees.

"Host Careers is the culmination of countless discussions we have had over the past several years in regards to the future of the industry," says Eric Radtke, Host Careers lead developer. "We've developed a central, organized job portal for hosts. There's no question that our site will finally streamline the stressful and often arduous task of finding qualified and experienced hosting professionals."

To build enthusiasm for the site's launch, Host Careers will be conducting a series of weekly prize drawings in partnership with leading firms in the industry, including two Dell PDAs from FastServers, three iPod Nanos from Righteous Software and an xBox 360 from Techpad Agency. Drawings begin the week of November 20.
