October 17, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Mobile and Internet performance solution provider Keynote Systems (keynote.com) announced on Tuesday that it has launched Web Effective 6.0, an on-demand, self-service user experience research tool. WebEffective is an online research product used by companies to improve their Web site effectiveness and online business performance by conducting in-depth customer experience research, says the company.
Keynote says WebEffective 6.0 now delivers powerful new product capabilities including comprehensive support for Web 2.0 sites, a new customizable participant user interface, and real user performance testing from any of 160,000 desktops to capture connection speed, page load time and browse time during the course of a site evaluation.
"WebEffective provides companies insight not only into consumer behavior, but also into why they act the way they do," says Don Aoki, VP and GM of customer experience management at Keynote. "The truly unique thing about Keynote WebEffective is that it allows companies to answer the ever present question 'why?' For example, why are customers abandoning shopping carts during the checkout process or not seeing a particular interactive ad on the page?'"
Enterprise pricing ranges from $15,000 to $25,000 for a single WebEffective license, including training and support, to a 12 month unlimited use WebEffective license priced at $150,000. Special pricing is available for interactive design and advertising agencies and user experience research firms, says the company.
