October 13, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Real estate solutions provider Binswanger (cbbi.com) announced on Thursday that T-Rex Capital is selling a vacant 281,170 square feet data center facility formerly operated by AT&T (att.com) to DCI Technology Holdings. The property, located in Aurora, Colorado, includes a large data center, a fully equipped network operations center and office space.

The property is served by two electrical feeders that provide a total of 13 megawatts of power and has the potential to double that capacity. The project will be available on the market during the fourth quarter of 2006 and each facility can be leased separately or as a whole.
