PlatformOne offers HR business processing outsourcing solutions that include HR technology infrastructure, HR administrative services and HR professional support to mid-market companies. PlatformOne says it manages all the human resources information systems and technology infrastructure on behalf of its clients.

The new, five-year agreement will result in the implementation of IBM's latest computing technologies, including servers, routers, firewalls, switches and storage devices. The $5 million hosting contract will see IBM provide PlatformOne with managed services such as continuous monitoring, system management, disaster recovery and infrastructure support.
