Titled "SaaS: It's all about the Service and Support," Jeff Kaplan, principal at THINKstrategies and Bob Murphy, director of sales at Inforonics, will discuss the hype around the ease of use of SaaS applications and the fact that the SaaS market has become as diverse as the overall software industry and the range of technical support challenges can sometimes be equally wide. The session will discuss these challenges and identify some of the industry best practices for technical support services in the SaaS market.
