He is an accomplished author, entrepreneur and leader in environmental business internationally.
Hannam is co-founder and chairman at Bright Green Talent, a project that strives to recruit the brightest and the best talent in the world to work for organizations that are committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Previously, he founded a computer recruitment and executive search business in England that had $50 million-plus in annual revenue. Between 2001 and 2005 he was an associate fellow at the Oxford University Environmental Change Institute
"Over seven years ago, I came to the United States to find a growing Internet company in whom I could invest and it changed my life completely," says Hannam. "I didn't find that company, but, instead, I ended up joining the green movement. Now, seven years later, I returned to find a thriving green venture in which to invest and I ended up joining an Internet company. That's nice, but I've recently had the worst experience with Greenest Host.
I was very excited about being hosted on 100% solar energy. But their support is terrible. My site was down for 5 days before they fixed it. Now I'm trying to receive support for another issue and it's been 3 days without it being resolved.
