September 18, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Online marketing solutions provider AzoogleAds (azoogleads.com) announced on Monday it has named Michael Sprouse chief marketing officer. Sprouse will be based in AzoogleAds' offices in New York City.

In his position at AzoogleAds, Sprouse is responsible for overseeing marketing strategy, media buying, direct marketing programs, public relations strategy and outreach, internal communications, corporate development and cross-platform initiatives.

He joins AzoogleAds from Playboy Enterprises, where he began in May 2002 as director of marketing, online subscriptions and e-commerce and catalog, and was later promoted to VP of marketing and subsequently senior VP of marketing. In this position, he will lead the overall marketing strategy, management and direction for the company's online and e-commerce and catalog businesses, as well as their TV and home entertainment groups.
