September 7, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Internet security auditor ScanAlert (scanalert.com) announced on Thursday it has partnered with server automation and virtualization provider SWsoft (swsoft.com) to deliver Hacker Safe certification and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard validation services to Web hosting clients and their e-commerce merchants.
Under the agreement, ScanAlert will enable Web hosts using the SWsoft Plesk control panel to offer their customers complimentary services to validate PCI DSS compliance for merchants, as well as discounted services to certify them to the Hacker Safe standard.

ScanAlert's PCI DSS Service provides everything e-commerce merchants need to be validated to the PCI DSS standard, including, unlimited security scans, an interactive self-assessment questionnaire, and extensive online, telephone and email technical support.
