VeriCenter Makes Inc. 500 List

August 29, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider VeriCenter (vericenter.com) announced on Monday it has been included in the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies for the second year in a row. The Web host ranked No. 234 with a three-year growth rate of 544 percent.

"It is extremely exciting for us to see VeriCenter rewarded with such a prestigious national honor," says Gray Hall, CEO and president of VeriCenter. "Thousands of companies compete for the Inc. 500 ranking and it is highly competitive. The fact that we were honored two years in a row clearly distinguishes VeriCenter's vision within the managed services and infrastructure outsourcing industry."

VeriCenter acquired and successfully integrated Sprint's enterprise managed hosting business, Sprint E|Solutions, in 2004, which combined with the company's consistent internal growth, led to an increase in its customer base and number of employees of four times.

The company has added more than 133 new companies to its client portfolio through the first half of 2006. In May 2006, Houston Business Journal named VeriCenter as one of the fastest growing small businesses in the greater Houston metropolitan area for the third consecutive year. The company has experienced 24 consecutive quarters of sequential sales growth.
