Peak 10 will provide Firehouse Subs, with managed colocation, reliable bandwidth and managed storage out of its data center facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Firehouse Subs operates and franchises more than 230 Firehouse Subs sandwich shops in 11 southern states. Brothers and firemen Robin and Chris Sorensen started Firehouse Subs in 1994 after gaining popularity as firehouse cooks. The company plans to open 100 stores in 2006 and have more than 1,000 outlets by the end of 2008.
