She will report to Michael Hoch, VP of operations and research. Quinn will work with customers who need to assess their IT service requirements in relation to factors impacted by the hardware architecture including bandwidth, power, space, performance, disaster recovery planning and capabilities and location.

In her role, Quinn will manage RampRate's primary research efforts, including IT outsourcing analysis, RampRate's IT Outsourcing Advisory Service and the RampRate Service Provider Intelligence Index. She is responsible for delivering RampRate's research and analysis in order to support her customers' strategic and practical business planning efforts.
A former senior analyst with IDC, Quinn brings over ten years of research experience to RampRate and a specialization in IT infrastructure. Prior to RampRate, she held the position of senior research analyst with IDC's Enterprise Computing Group.
