Announced Thursday, KickAssVPS expects the new automation and productivity software (which consists of SmarterTools' entire product line) will enable small and medium-sized organizations to operate more efficiently.

SmarterMail 5.x, launced in March, is a scalable mail server that includes reporting, throttling, collaboration and synchronization, virus and spam protection. Perhaps most notable, according to KickAssVPS, is an innovative events architecture providing automated actions and detailed notifications.
SmarterTrack comprises a variety of customer support solutions. KickAssVPS describes it as a "support help desk, ticket system, live chat, cost analysis, data mining, knowledge base, reporting and analytics and event-driven software application delivered through an elegant web interface."
SmarterStats tracks growth and forecast internet trends by providing services such as website statistics, data mining and geographic mapping.
