June 15, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Lee Technologies (leetechnologies.com), a company that calls itself a mission-critical infrastructure solutions provider, announced on Monday that it has expanded its business to Europe to more effectively reach an international customer-base.
Why use a vendor when you can choose a partner? DataPipe delivers highly customized solutions to meet your unique IT needs. World-class data centers in the U.S., London & China. DataPipe - Personal Touch, Global Reach.
Headquartered in Washington, DC and with offices in five other locations across the US, Lee Technologies has launched its international brand, LTI Services, in Dublin, Ireland to deliver its solutions to "global enterprises located throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East."
The international expansion of a company that helps businesses power, protect, monitor and maintain their data centers seems particularly well-timed considering recent reports by IT consultancy firm BroadGroup Consulting (broad-group.com) outlining the rapid growth of the data center market, particularly for the purposes of outsourcing, across the southern Mediterranean and North Africa, Eastern Europe, the Baltics and the Nordic region as well as India, which is anticipated to reach more than $1.5 billion in value by 2010.
"Surging fiber and infrastructure build-out required to deliver cloud computing is driving demand for mission-critical solutions providers with the capability to design, build and operate data centers and other mission-critical facilities on a global scale," says Lee Kirby, VP and general manager of Lee Technologies, and the new head of LTI. "After providing mission-critical solutions to leading commercial enterprises and government agencies throughout North America for a quarter-century, LTI represents a tremendous opportunity to extend our capabilities overseas."
As a further expansion of its business, the company, along with Zenith Technologies, has also launched LZ Technologies (lztechnologies.net), a new joint venture that integrates Lee Technologies' experience in providing infrastructure operations and support with Zenith's managed IT and automation solutions. This new partnership expands Lee Technologies? reach to offices in Ireland, UK, Germany, Singapore and India.
The company says that LZ Technologies will focus on delivering complete lifecycle support so companies can more effectively meet the infrastructure demands requested by their customers, including site assessments, data center design, construction management, operations and maintenance, equipment procurement, IT systems and controls integration, on-site technical staffing and remote monitoring.
