July 7, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- German, web-based application developer CM4all (cm4all.com) will unveil the new features of its popular CM4all WebsiteCreator Consumer and Business Editions in Chicago at HostingCon 2008 before its final release in the fall.
Announced Monday, the July 29-30 preview will showcase the two new releases. CM4all divulged some details about the release intended to interest web hosting companies, multiple system operators, internet service providers and telecommunication companies for licensing, customization and installation.
The Business Edition of CM4all WebsiteCreator allows companies to run multiple sales and marketing outlets by integrating RSS Feeds, Podcasts, Amazon aStores and eBay Stores into the page styles.
The Consumer Edition was retooled for social networking improvements including increased tagging functionality and facebook-style event planning. CM4all promises that by expanding its "Getting Started Wizard" utility, the new release will be a more streamlined and faster process of creating pages.
Other improvements include new and enhanced template designs including more business and consumer topics and larger logos.
"We aim to make the new features we launch available in today's current formats such as HTML, .mobi and W3C Accessibility," CM4all CTO Cornel Schnietz said in a press release. "CM4all Technology is based on XML and XSLT for data and template description so we can serve multiple output format websites from a single software source. We therefore anticipate a very good response from our worldwide partners when we deploy the latest generation of enhancements."
