Under the terms of the agreement, which was approved by both companies' directive heads, LittlBUGer.info Hosting Services' customer policies and procedures will not be modified.

According to the terms of an editorial contract, both companies agree that original LittlBUGer.info founder Randy Senn will continue to hold office in order to assure the "continued integrity and independence of services."

The merger agreement enables growth within LittlBUGer.info and its services without changing its overall performance, stability and other factors contributing to its restrictions, says the company.

Impact Global Communications says it will help LittlBUGer.info to ensure that the current and future customer base may continue personalization of the company's product, while making extensive improvements in service.

Founded in 2000, Impact Global Communication says it provides enterprise software support and services, including shared and reseller hosting, VPS, web design, database programming, marketing, domain registration, logo design and banner design.

The company serves mostly enterprise software vendors and IT consulting firms for global customer support, including direct services to enterprise customers.
