Apple trained staff are able to help customers with any Mac issues related to the customers' Web site or email, such as helping them publish with Fetch or setting up email with Apple Mail.
The company says it doesn't discriminate against any computer user and unlike many Web hosting companies and Internet service providers, simplewebhosting's support team can also provide expert support to Mac users using its own iMac hardware. However the company says that Windows users shouldn't be concerned, as the company's Microsoft support team is still available.
