June 14, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Internet exchanges and managed IT infrastructure provider Terremark Worldwide (terremark.com) announced on Tuesday that it has completed implementing its multi-pronged strategy to aggressively pursue growth opportunities.
The company is preparing itself to address the significant demand that it is seeing in the marketplace from existing and new potential customers. In an effort to meet these demands, Terremark will seek to expand its existing portfolio of services, its infrastructure and data center operations in existing markets and its infrastructure in additional strategic markets.
Additionally, the company has engaged Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC to assist in exploring effective strategies to pursue such growth.
The Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors, which is comprised solely of independent directors, will help management review and evaluate such recommendations.
