June 12, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider Hostopia (hostopia.com) announced on Friday that its board of directors has appointed Michael Cytrynbaum as chairman of the board of directors.

Cytrynbaum has served as director of the company since he was appointed in August 2003. In addition to being director and chairman of Hostopia, he is president of private consulting company, First Fiscal Management. He also serves as executive chairman of communications service provider Look Communications and broadband communication provider Ignition Point Technologies.
He is also a director of two junior resource companies, Callinan Mines and Central Minera, as well as being a director of Internet bandwidth provider Peer 1 Network Enterprises. Cytrynbaum was a founding director of Microcell Telecommunications and remained on the board of that company for ten years.
