Apptix Divisions See Growth

June 7, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) --  Messaging and collaboration solutions provider Apptix (apptix.com) announced on Wednesday that its ASP-One division and its SharePoint business have achieved significant growth. Apptix' ASP-One division has surpassed over 20,000 hosted exchange subscribers, and its SharePoint (sharepointsite.com) business has resulted in more than 1,400 sites in total. ASP-One provides customers who have limited, internal resources and staff with improved IT capabilities, service flexibility and scalability. ASP-One delivers exchange hosting and Hosted SharePoint to the SMB market. Hosted SharePoint provides a powerful team collaboration environment that enables organizations to facilitate document and content sharing amongst individuals, teams and business units.  "SMB organizations now truly understand the clear advantages of hosted application delivery for software solutions like Microsoft Exchange," says Alex Yevelev, VP of Web direct sales for Apptix. "Over the last year, we have experienced a significant increase in the number of customers moving from an in-house solution to our outsourced model." These new ASP-One and SharePoint customers brings the total number of Apptix end users to more than 85,000 across over 9,500 customers worldwide.
