Shared hosting plans start at $19.95 per month for 3GB storage and 100GB transfer, dedicated plans starting at $159.00 per month for 2x160GB storage and 1Mbps transfer and the CDN package starts at $99.00 for 1GB storage and 25GB transfer and is bundled with an enterprise hosting plan for free.

The company says its EC Suite Hosting division also offers specialized network services such as CDN and HD streaming and protection for rich media and applications, business continuity, data backup and recovery, custom server builds, proactive network security and colocation in over 30 global data centers.

Founded in 2002 and based in Tempe, Arizona, EC Suite says it is a leading provider of e-commerce, content protection, wholesale IP transit, CDN, streaming and hosting and currently has more than 300 employees around the world. According to its website, it currently serves more than 22,000 websites.

Last week, we reported on two other hosting providers announcing the launch of their CDN services. SoftLayer recently launched its CDN service, CDNLayer, while AT&T announced it is building out its own content delivery network infrastructure and intends to launch the product in the third quarter of 2008.
