Ensim Calls Promotion a Success

May 23, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting software developer Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Tuesday that nearly 4,000 hosts around the world downloaded the promotional version of Ensim Pro X for Windows during a recent campaign.

Conducted in collaboration with Microsoft, the Ensim Pro X promotion began January 1, 2007 and continues until June 30. The deal provides customers each with a free Ensim Pro X license, which enables them to use the product free for up to a year. The deal is designed to let hosts "test drive" both Ensim's software and Windows Web hosting at a minimal cost.

"The Ensim Pro promotion has already exceeded our projections, and the industry feedback has been extremely positive," says Francois Depayras, vice president of sales and marketing at Ensim. "This success shows the hunger for integrated solutions such as the Windows platform and Ensim Pro X, which allow hosting providers to quickly and cost-effectively get to market with leading offerings."

The company says the promotional copy of the software is available at download.com, tucows.com and IIS.net, as well as other sites.

Last week, Ensim updated the shared edition of its Ensim Unified hosting automation platform.
