Wild West Adds Reseller Tools

May 19, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Reseller domain registration provider Wild West Domains (wildwestdomains.com) announced on Thursday that it has begun providing resellers with new communications tools designed to improve their experience. The company says the tools enable resellers to ask questions of, and share successes with, Wild West staff and other resellers.

The new resources for resellers include the Reseller Roundup Podcast, a monthly podcast that offers Wild West resellers news, advice and business techniques. Experts from the company discuss topics such as Web site marketing ideas and methods for driving Web traffic.

A new live chat will enable resellers to interact directly with the company's developers, helping the company to implement suggestions and give customers better access to knowledge.

Finally, the Reseller Roundup Blog will work to keep resellers updated about updates to Wild West's offerings. The company's staff will use the blog to share tips on working with the reseller account.

"Successful resellers need easy access to support, so we decided to give them a way to communicate with our team and their peers," said Wild West Domains' Executive Vice President Barb Rechterman. "Having several channels of communication gives our resellers the ability to reach out to us in the way most convenient and comfortable for them."
