RatePoint says the new email functionality will help RatePoint members, such as recent RatePoint partner DemoWolf, build successful customer relationships and grow their business through the new web-based marketing tool.
Similar to an email newsletter application like iContact, RatePoint says its email marketing tool offers pre-designed campaign templates with visual editing tools and users can access advanced reporting information from each email campaign, including the ability to track links and open rates.
The twist with RatePoint's email marketing application is its direct integration with RatePoint's customer feedback platform so businesses can conveniently include customer feedback links and authenticated RatePoint reviews into email campaigns, says the company.
