May 8, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Data center operator Terremark Worldwide (terremark.com) announced on Tuesday it will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "TMRK" at the opening of trading on Monday, May 14.

The company's common stock will continue to trade on the AMEX under the symbol "TWW" until the market close on Friday, May 11.

Terremark Worldwide operates integrated Internet exchanges and provides managed IT infrastructure solutions for government and private sectors. It delivers services from seven locations in the US, Europe and Latin America and from four service aggregation and distribution locations, which aggregate network traffic and distribute network-based services in Europe and Asia to meet specific customer needs.

The company announced last week that it completed a private exchange offer with a limited number of holders.
