The acquisition expands Thought Convergence's diverse suite of domain tools, services and technologies, while setting the groundwork for the company's vision of a unified domain ecosystem that serves the global domain community.

Thought Convergence says that Name Intelligence operations will remain in Seattle, Washington, and will continue to be led by co-founder and CEO Jay Westerdal and co-founder and CTO Ray Bero.
The two executives will juggle their responsibilities at Name Intelligence, along with their collaborative efforts with senior management at Thought Convergence to develop and execute on the company's long-term strategy.
