According to the latest press release, DemoWolf says the partnership will make it easier for BobCares' customers to integrate flash support tutorials into their businesses. DemoWolf flash tutorials will be available at discounted rates with all BobCares support plans, and as standard free additions to some plans.
On the other side of the agreement, this new partnership will make it easier for DemoWolf customers to outsource their technical support requirements, as all DemoWolf customers will get discounts on all BobCares support plans. The amount of discount is left undetermined in the press release.

BobCares currently has 296 employees, and provides outsourced support to over 3.5 million websites, says the company. BobCares offers support plans for dedicated administration facility, server administration plans, helpdesk plans and telephone support plans.
The companies say the end result of this partnership will be more businesses offering a full line of support including dedicated server management, helpdesk provisioning for end-users as well as flash tutorials so end-users can attempt to solve their problems before having to contact technical support, thus saving them time and money in the long run.
DemoWolf currently offers over 1,600 ready-made custom branded tutorials for the hosting industry, including tutorials for cPanel, Plesk, Helm, H-Sphere, Virtuozzo, Direct Admin, email and FTP applications, domain registrars, private nameservers and SmarterMail. The company produces custom tutorials, voice tutorials and interactive demonstrations.
