May 1, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider WebFaction (webfaction.com) announced on Tuesday that it has rolled out two new features that facilitate load-balancing and user collaboration.

The first feature enables users to access multiple machines from a single Web hosting account and to load-balance their site across these machines. The second feature enables all members of a team to get their own shell account within the same hosting account.

WebFaction offers flexible shared hosting plans for its small and medium-sized business customers. Its control panel has the ability to deploy applications in a few clicks and is idea for those using agile tools such as Rails, Django, TurboGears, Drupal and Joomla, says the company.

The company previously announced it rolled out a new help system, providing features such as automatic search in the knowledge base while customers type tickets, live chat and integration.
