April 30, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Dedicated Web hosting provider Advanced Internet Technologies (ait.com) announced on Monday it has signed a contract with telecommunications provider Level 3 Communications (level3.com) to bring an additional Gig E circuit into its data center in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The company says the capacity increase is the first in a series of planned infrastructure improvements to be implemented throughout the remainder of the year.

"We have more than 100 free features that we've developed over a decade which come included with our most basic of Web hosting packages," says Sean McCoy, AIT's CMO. "This expanded bandwidth coupled with our already feature rich hosting platform allows our customers to focus their daily efforts on what matters most, growing their own business without the worry of outgrowing their hosting company's capacity."

Last week, AIT reported that the operators of its Chicago-based dealership had survived an armed robbery and attempted murder that took place April 10.
