Under terms of the agreement, IS Solutions will expand its solutions portfolio to include Revivio's entire range of Continuous Protection Systems, in addition to its recently announced Application Integration Suite software to its customers.

IS Solutions can now benefit from the Revivio Channel Partner Program, which includes opportunity registration, reference solution kits, online documentation, technical training, sales guides, collateral material and access to a partner extranet. Additionally, Revivio will provide cooperative marketing programs including demand generation, qualification, lead referral and demo units, as well as tradeshow and seminar support.
