GlobalWebBrands is Geek Certified

April 19, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider GlobalWebBrands (globalwebbrands.com) announced on Wednesday it has received Level One certification from Geek Certified. The Level One ranking is the highest available certification level, and demonstrates excellence in customer service and support.

Geek Certified is an independent organization that rewards companies who are proactive in maintaining honesty, integrity and trust in the Web hosting industry through an extensive open certification and review process. Geek Certified staff partially verifies the supplied information of applicants, checking over Web site accessibility, professionalism and technical support.

The Geek Certified staff also performs random support tests by emailing support and recording the response time. Once enough information is collected, the applicant receives either a level 1 certification, level 2 certification, level 3 certification or is denied certification.

GlobalWebBrands also received the Gold Star Host award from FoundHost (foundhost.com) in March. The company joined WebHostingStuff's Hosting Code of Ethics program in April 2005.
